Welcome to Still Looking Up (one man’s view of the heavens). As I slowly creep towards three score years of age, the eyesight is worsening, light pollution is encroaching even into the countryside astroimaging is my way of viewing the heavens.
The purpose of this site is to document my attempts at Astrophotography with the hope it will attract helpful comments, encouragement and promote debate on the subject. From time to time new images will be added, some reprocessed as my techniques improve, others just abandoned for better examples. The site will contain imaging tips, comments on the equipment and links to others with useful information. You are encourage to add your comments against individual images or generally on the site below.
By clicking on the links to the right you will be able to view some of my work.

I haven’t checked in here for a while as I thought it was getting boring, but the last few posts are good quality so I guess I will add you back to my everyday bloglist. You deserve it my friend
